my fav is just mixed with fresh strawberries...to make it even more dessert-y add a splash of vanilla and a pinch of stevia or honey..yummy or as a topping for potato etc in place of sour cream..

www.zumbacalories.com you type your weights in and it calculates cals burned based on intensity level....I wear an HRM sometimes and they are very similiar

that sounds good...I have a recipe for banana pumpkin bread and they are great combined together... maybe these 2 plus some pumpkin spice along with the cinnamon...

its tough , I agree but you have to keep doing it KNOWING that it will come off..you will succeed as long as you don't quit...this is what I found and posted yesterday and its so true.... “it takes 4 weeks for you to notice results, 8 weeks for close friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the world to notice.” Don't QUIT!!
