i only take it 30min before working out.... but i do feel a tingle a bit in my hands... i thought that was part of taking it... off of 5oz water with one scoop?? i make sure to drink 9-10 glasses of water throughout the day also... i want to tone tight! 154 pounds now 5ft5in med frame the issue is really my arms…

Hello big butts! So when I loseweight, well my booty shrinks... grrrr Ive been doing running, squats, dead lift and kick backs while trying to lose my annoying love handles.... well lets just say im gonna have to add weights to my squats or gain weight... HELP
