Excellent! For xbox i would say dodgeball is a must then you got push press which is a good all rounder then the split squat jump repeats which are more intense (similar to mountain climbers).

I like the idea of the new event above^ will be interesting to hear peoples feedback after they start completing the custom workouts and how it/we can improve because as for the moment i think we are all going our seperate ways. Can i ask do some platforms have more exercises than others? just im yet to encounter…
