I keep saying "Meh, I'll start tomorrow". It's just super intimidating for me, because I KNOW I'm not going to make it all the way through that DVD without stopping.

I wouldn't just do 30 Day Shred. Supplement in some more cardio and strength training! =D Or some Zumba, or yoga! Build the BEST body that you can! ^_^

Wow... compared to all of the stuff I just read on here, my gym isn't bad at all. The worst thing I have to put up with is the people on the track that walk two astride, slowly, carrying a conversation, when there are notices that say "Walkers please use the outside lane" =\ It's just super busy in the gym right now.
