  • I don't have back issues, but I would recommend adding time on the hoop gradually. It took me a few tries to keep it up more than a few seconds. I don't think you'll have issues if you gradually build up. I do it during commercial breaks while watching TV.
  • I just started this past week with a 3-pound hoop - I love it! The only problem is the waviness of the hoop is a bit painful - if I do it for too long, it feels as if my waist has been pounded by one hundred tiny fists. But I do it anyway - too much fun!
