  • Thanks for those of you who were kind enough to leave helpful feedback. When I have more than just a 5-minute break to search the forums, I will do so. I had just hoped someone might have an answer or two they could give before I went and did my work out for today.
  • I know I've heard that any exercise you can get is beneficial. Obviously, if you're not breaking a sweat, you're not hitting that "fat-burning" zone or whatever it is. Not sure if I'd record it to gain extra calories, but it's definitely good for you.

  • Can you just have red enchilada sauce instead? Or would it not go with the other ingredients? That would be my main recommendation. I'm not sure what's in the white sauce that makes it so high in carbs, but I'm sure you can find a recipe for it online that would fit into your eating plan better.
