I just perused your pets, you are a group of lucky people. Beautiful animals and very loved. I no longer have any pets because we are gone alot visiting our grandson and taking care of Dave's mom. Nice to see some new people here too. What a happy bunch! Shirley

Started aqua fit class today and plan on going until my MRI at least and find out what is what with my knee. Aqua fit class 45 mins. Shirley

I had my first aqua fit class this morning and forgot to weigh in. Let's start next week again after New Year's I am still eating treats. This way I can start my diaries again for the diet clinic. Shirley

I liked my aqua fit class today and we are all seniors so I fit in, much better on my knee. I did go back to yoga but I think that will be only be once a week until my MRI or if gets better. I will stick with aqua fit and the hot tub. Ahhhhh. Shirley

We had a great Christmas and all is over now. Lots of family company all 3 days, so tired now and trying to catch up again. Back to logging, diaries, and hopefully more exercise. Going to yoga tomorrow and talk to my instructor and try some gentle yoga. Shirley
