  • you can still eat your favorite foods, just lower the fattening content. I eat hamburgers, I just use 94% lean beef and wheat buns with 2% milk cheddar cheese slices. I cook with 1% milk and I use fat free spray butter instead of regular. Just substitue and exercise.
