my sister and i just started this site that we found by google. it keeps us motivated like crazy!!! any ideas for meals other than baked fish and veggies!!!

    you can still eat your favorite foods, just lower the fattening content. I eat hamburgers, I just use 94% lean beef and wheat buns with 2% milk cheddar cheese slices. I cook with 1% milk and I use fat free spray butter instead of regular.

    Just substitue and exercise.

    I eat what ever I want I just count and weigh everything and just do portion size.. you would be amazed what a portion size really is...
