Not wanting to Juice FAST so no one FREAK out on me.... just looking to replace 1 or 2 of my 4-5 meals a day with a healthy vegetable/fruit juice using my juicer... help me with some tasty and beneficial recipes please.

I usually go ahead and weigh in once a week no matter what time of month... but then I know if it is a little higher than i thought than next week will look even better! :)

I was thinking of not a complete juice fast but maybe just taking one of my meals and replacing it with the juice... need the veg and fruits. What do you think? Will I still get the healthy effects of juicing if only replacing one meal a day?

I feel your pain! I was having slight pain but out on ankle brace and kept pushing through... well now I am in a boot with no exercise for the last week and got MRI and xray will find out what lies in the future on Wednesday!

I want to do it too but am so out of shape that i am a bit scared... Can overweight and out of shape ladies do it too? I have always hated running unless a ball was involved or someone was chasing me....
