Greek yogurt about 30 mins prior. I find it's the best for me. I think this post is showing that we each have different things we do and you have to find what works best for you. Good luck!

^^^ absolutely! I still have my coffee with cream and I'm working out, counting calories and dropping the weight! I've had to change pretty much everything else I eat to accommodate this, but it is my own comfort food I decided to keep.

ALMOND!! I was eating almonds this afternoon thinking how much I love that little nut!! ( oh! but I only like the presidents choice dry roasted almonds! :/ ) Second is pistachios!

There are loads of clean eating meal plans online. Just google it :P Some you have to pay for and others you don't. Pinterest is another great place to find it. Clean eating though means different things to everyone. I would suggest to explain in detail what clean eating means to you at the start of your blog :) Good Luck!

I have one coffee m-f when I get to work. Small one. The rest of the time only water. All weekend, only water. oh. and if I go out to a patio or special occasion I'll have a glass of red wine or sangria. But I always calculate that into my day. And it is very rare. Once or twice a month if that.

anything that doubles my usual caloric intake for the day. Which I have done for the last 2 days. BUT .. it has all been healthy foods.. I tried it with that other supplement. Nothing changed. Then I started working out and eating right. THAT works. Those pills don't work. Putting in the hard work and eating right is what does it. IMO
