I don't like NEVER getting treats. Can't stick to it if I don't now and then ( within my calories usually). but those unexpected sneaky calories are a bugger !!! Happy to hear it was good. I may have to try some this summer hehe.

600 omg.. for one DRINK.. I don't drink my calories other than my one coffee in the morning.. 600 cals is half my days worth of calories! No wonder we so easily pack on the weight .. imagine those that have 2 of those a day?!? :o

I agree with this only so far. If you are attending a party and there is cake and you aren't pigging out.... eat a small piece of cake! It's yummy! Yes!! I'm just under 5 feet.. so I hear you! 200 cals difference is HUGE for us! It was the triple triple that killed me .. I should have stuck with double double but I was uping quantity and wanted to stick with the same taste.. I thought maybe 80 cals? nope lol Fast food is the worse! we ate out for lunch this weekend…

cheat day or meal doesn't mean go crazy and eat anything ... it means you did well enough during your week that you have a bit of wiggle room to eat something with slightly higher cal. and it wont offset your week. it's not "Mandatory" .. no.. as long as the math adds up. but the idea that not exercising is better than exercises is ridiculous simply because of the math.. Just stop .... drink more water.. it is HARD. I did it a year ago. You may have headaches.. you may feel hangry.. you may be really grumpy and feel like you have less energy. All normal. Lol.. not crazy crazy short.. but 4feet 10.5 inches.. that .5 of an inch I seem to be losing as I'm aging!! no!!! I walk into my kids grade school and grades 4 and 5 students are my high and taller :/ many 9 year olds are taller than me .. fun times lol

It's hard to stay on track some days. You can join groups on here and also use your home/status to keep all your "friends" informed and try and stay accountable that way. the group one with similar goals is always good. I wouldn't rely on only one other person to kick your behind though lol
