Eat less by how much though? You need to count your Calories also. You can't just reduce x amount of food without knowing how many calories you are actually reducing. If you eat less but are still eating more calories than you should be, you wont drop the weight :neutral: Sounds like you are making this way more…

Yes! the ice cream! My husband gets 3 regular scoops. If I have calculated in for ice cream, it's 1/2 a scoop at best lol. Making sure you keep all your nutritional requirements on a diet of 1000-1100 can be tricky. I wish I could do 1700 cals a day. I know my hubby doesn't eat 3500 cals a day. That has to suck to watch lol
