I have the same issue. I hit my inhaler twice before I go out to run and still end up wheezy after a few miles. I will stop to catch my breath and then run again if I am able. The humifity has been awful so I just try to be careful and I run early in the AM before it gets too bad.

This! I love my Belkin for iPhone 5 :) Not cheap (at Target was about $20), but totally worth it because it wont slip and it is comfy.

hmmm...deep fried - loved it!! And tons of bread. Now, I still eat my bread, but not like I used to.

My first mile can be hard, like my legs are fighting me...but then I settle in and they realize I am not stopping :) When I first started though, I would have to keep stopping and starting because they were so tired. I think it just takes time for your body to adjust. Keep at it!!

Start small. Take him for nice walks during the day, do some push-ups, squats, sit-ups, etc. when he goes down for a nap. No one says you have to go all out all at once. And being a new mom is very tiring, your body is re-adjusting and you have a baby to look after. Good luck :)

I saw a picture of me and thought "oh hell no!" I keep that picture on my refrigerator as a reminder of where I started. I refuse to start over after all the hardwork I have put in. And now, I actually love to workout and enjoy eating better. It isn't just how I look, it is how I FEEL. You just have to find that "oh hell…

:flowerforyou: Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce. Your body lets go of the fat/weight wear it wants to first...even if you want it to go away there before anywhere else. Just keep at it and don't get discouraged!!

People see me eat and say "how are you losing weight eating that much"...I tell them about it and they are shocked. No 1200 calories here :)

Thanks everyone!! Definitely hang in there and keep the faith - YOU CAN DO IT!! I was very discouraged at one point, but thought I came this far let's ride it out. It paid off and will for you too. :flowerforyou: xoxo

I'd kill someone if I only ate 897 calories a day :explode:

Not at all, my hubby is my biggest supporter. I couldn't do this without him.

Not one bit...of course I am adopted so that probably explains it

TA was his favorite, I am glad to hear they are offering better choices. He used to text me pics of what he was eating and it was a heart attack on a plate. God bless smartphones!!

I think that is awesome! My husband used to be OTR, but now he is local and drives for UPS. When he was OTR he had a terrible time finding anywhere to workout. Between not knowing where anything was and not being able to park your truck in most places he was helpless. Now if only there were some healthier food choices at…

Uh, this sounds like it was not an honest mistake...otherwise why state he knew he wasn't supposed to be in there??? Also does not sound like something that could not wait it he was ready to go back upstairs and not rush out for any type of emergency with her. It is not his daughter's locker room, it is all of the women's.…

I cuss it out and throw it across the room...j/k :) It takes time to see results, two weeks is actually not uncommon not to see any result yet. Give it a little more time and keep what you are doing. It will happen!

I have the same problem...never thought of washing BEFORE, but I will now!

When life dictates I can...no matter what time of the day it is, it beats not working out at all. Although, the later I do it at night the harder it is for me to settle down and sleep. My preference is around 5:30 p.m. but like I said, sometimes life tells me otherwise

Not my cup of tea - I like that act of chewing and swallowing my food too much lol
