I have asked the same question about what counts as water. I drink Peppermint Tea which is herbal and caffeine free so I guess I can count that. I was wondering about Crystal Light but see the comments on here about that.

I only see my husband on weekends :heart: so I tend not to log in but I do my best to keep a written food log.

Harley - what team do you skate for? I used to be an official for the Charm City Roller Girls in Baltimore. I decieded to be a fan so that I can cheer for my favorite skaters!! Once I lose some more weight I will be roller skating, just not for derby :) Welcome!
