Still avoiding the scale, but I accidentally ate a piece of chocolate :( It was totally an accident - just picked it up and put it in my mouth without thinking. There are more there but I know the first one was a mistake and I WILL NOT have a second one. Scale (WII Balance Board) is not calling my name ;)

bump for later.

Take it one day at a time! Do not dwell on yesterday - you cannot change that. Try to start each day feeling positive and prepared for the journey. Good luck to you.

great job resisting the urge!

Chocolate free for 47 days! It has not been too hard. Try it, you might like it :)

I used to have a friend who went to Curves with me and it sure does help pass the time. She gave up on her journey and my Curves closed. I have taken classes at my gym and I like that because for that hour I have someone else telling me what to do!! I don't have to think about it. On Fridays I work out at the gym with my…

I love Survivor and the Redemption Island twist this season. I don't have any favorites yet, but how about Phillip - federal agent guy? He is a character. I love Rob and his little group of peeps. I cannot believe that the people on the island that have seen the show - still do stupid things!!! Why did Christina tell…

I have it and if I remember correctly it tells you after you workout.

We take a fan on vacation with us!!!

My husband works 330pm - 1130pm and it sucks! I used to work from home so I could go to bed later and get up later and work... But since I got laid off last year, I now get up at 530am to go to work. Sleeping sucks, but I will say, buy a fan! It does help with noise. I don't like it too quiet either. Reading in bed also…

my official weigh in is 241lbs.. my hubs is terrible at hiding things also! lol

I am in. I will be weighing in the morning of 3/8 to get my starting weight and on 3/20 because I already committed to a weigh in on that date for a challenge I am doing with the hubs. Other than that not getiting on it except to play Wii (I use my Wii balance board as my scale). Good luck everyone! :)

For me it's Jen who is annoying. Crying terribly at the past couple of weigh ins because she or her dad might go home. Arthurs father said it best - "we are all going to go home at some point".

Biggest Loser is doing a great job of keeping it interesting! I will say that much.

All great comments... It definitely is a thought provoking show on so many levels.... Will be interesting to see who ends up being the winner this season!

I agree about the parents falling on the sword for the kids. I think they need to fight for themselves!!

I feel your pain! I think I am addicted as well. I think about it all the time. From the moment I wake up until I go to bed. I don't know why that happens. Why is it the 1st thing on my mind in the morning? I clearly have other things to think about! It is sooo frustrating. I also feel like I smell chocolate when there is…

I too am thinking about closing my Facebook account. After watching Social Network and thinking about how much info I put out there (which is nothing compared to other), I am not sure I want it out there. I recently made some changes to my account and for now I am ok with keeping it.
