My dog hates my balance ball. Everytime I am on it doing situps, he jumps on my stomach and growls. I think he is trying to protect me from the evil ball, but it is hillarious with me on the ball, and him ontop of me (he is only 15 lbs)

I am working too! This is the first year we haven't gotten Good Friday off. They turned it into a Floating Holiday we can take whenever we want. It sure was hard getting out of bed this morning when my husband didn't have to work though.

I had the same problem. I quit cold turkey and I was miserable. The masive headaches lasted about 2 weeks. Now, if I drink any caffine, I get a headache within about 1 hour.

Yesterday was good for me, and I am still sore from my crazy lunch walk. I am really excited to get on the scale on Monday as I have had a great week. Lets hope I see some really great numbers.

It took me about 6 weeks for my body to get used to it. I drink on average about 80-100 oz of water a day. Now I still go a bit more often than before (I used to go only once during an entire work day), but now it is 2 or 3 times.

I took one pill a year ago. My heart felt like it was going to spin out of my chest, and I couldn't stop shaking. My husband was about to take me to the ER as I felt like my head and body were spinning out of control. I might have just had a bad reaction to them, but I would advise you to stay away!

I have been doing the elliptical for about 2 months, and I have found I can go much longer now without them going numb, but they still do after about 45-50 minutes. It seems to be something that your feet/legs get more accepting of the more frequently you do it.

What is a worse feeling than a hangover? Going out to a sports bar last night and eatting chicken strips, french fries, and 2 cokes (no alcohol). I feel miserable this morning. I guess it is a good thing, that my body has adjusted, but man...this is not pleasent.
