Your grill is the same as our broiler, except our broiler is actually inside the oven, and I believe your grill is a seperate section above the oven. Hope that helps :)

Lady, nobody is more surprised by me running 8 miles, then I am!! I just started running seriously 5 weeks ago, I'm training for a half marathon in November.

I don't usually get mad, and when I do I say what's on my mind, let him say his piece, either come to an agreement, or agree to disagree. But I will confess that I don't mind when he comes home all pissed off about something that happened in his day, I like helping him work off that frustration : )

Have you had your thyroid checked? After my first son, I did all the right things as far as excercising and my diet, but couldn't drop a pound! Turns out the pregnancy killed my thyroid, once I started on the meds, the pounds started coming off. Good luck, I know it's frustrating.
