You might want to check with your doctor to make sure that there not something medical first, but try taking a multi-vitamin and I also take Super B Complex. It helps with the added boost of energy with the B-12 in it and it is good for your metabolism too. Good Luck!

I love the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home dvd's. They are broke up in to 5 one mile workouts that are about 15 minutes each. She is easy to follow and you can do only 1 up to the 5 miles (depending on how much time you have). They are fun and give you a decent workout. You can get them at Walmart. Hope that helps you.

I am the same way. Unfortunately, I didn't take before measurements but I am losing inches even though I have only lost close to 8 lbs on the scale. But no matter what the scale says it feels good to be getting smaller. Keep up the good work!

If you have a microwave there is a lot that you can get cheap. The frozen steamer veggies are good and they are only around $2 a bag. I like to microwave them and add can't believe it's not butter spray and pepper. Yummy

If you are exercising or working out with weights at all that could be the answer. Muscle weighs more than fat so even though you are losing inches you are gaining muscle and that the reason for the number on the scale. I am going through the same thing right now.
