This is our go to quick hamburger recipe. You can always improvise. Brown the hamburger, drain, can of mushroom soup can of water 2 cans of rice, (brown or white) usually have veggies on the side. *just a note: using the can from soup for measuring.

I use the general circuit training, for the time being. Maybe go get a HRM to get a little more accurate reading on calories burned.

What I do, is for the first 10 lbs, its $5 for every pound, then 11-20 lbs its $10. By the time I am done losing what I have to lose, I will have enough money for a makeover. I think this is a very good reward for such a big accomplishment.

You can always modify the exercise that Jillian is doing. For example, jumping jacks - you don't have to jump, you can always step out with one leg at a time, til you get stronger. These workouts are good. The 10 minutes go by quick, and put up a good a sweat. I found mysefl getting stronger with the moves after a week. But I am following the calendar, so you are doing 3 10 minutes, such as cardio,abs, yoga flex. I enjoy the workouts, if its something to squeeze in your day, this would be perfect.
