Try not to worry about it. You are on the right track and losing weight and you know that so ignore the slight difference between scales. Mind over matter here and think about how much better that number will be next time you visit that doctor!

Also if your near your time of the month, it could be water weight from bloating.

I have had a massage involving oils that is supposed to help pull toxins from the body and that made me feel better overall. It is called Rain-drop therapy massage and they use essential oils and hot towels and it lasts about 90 minutes. You do have to drink lots of extra water after having one for it to work right.

8pm is my limit...it's hard bc I'm a night owl too, but I do believe this time is when lots of us put on extra weight and so I drink water and chew gum to keep myself away from food at night!

I know I gain weight and majorly bloat starting the week before my period and my bloating lasts until about a day after my period ends. I have rough periods and everyone is different, but I know to expect a few extra pounds during that time and know it will diminish as soon as the bloating goes away.

I am 5'7 and am kinda basing my healthy weight goals on what I learned in the past at weight watchers..for younger people, like under 30 the range they gave was 122-140 or something close to that so I'm aiming for 135...we shall see how that goes as I lose.
