Got back a few weeks ago from a two week vacation and I had put on 5lbs, even with walkign everywhere. It was not a surprise I put on that much as I did not eat balance healthy meals and frequently had dessert. It was a blast but it is hard getting back into a routine once you get home, I just wanted junk.

I am not a huge whole wheat penne fan either, it's to thick and gritty. The one I have found that is pretty tasty is Catelli yolk free whole wheat broad noodles.

On my wedding day I was 212(and I am short). To be honest my weight never crossed my mind that day. I love my wedding photos! I am down about 20lbs since then but I still think they look great and I felt great. No matter where your weight is on your wedding day you feel amazing!

Just started w3 today as well, you are right KristenStone it was not as bad as you would think. My shins hurt a bit in the last 3 min jog but the rest was alright. Did you find your calories burned went down though?

A dress! I love dresses but I look horrible in them. Tried one on today and I am getting closer but still have 20lbs until I will probably feel comfortable enought to wear one.

Most of mine came of my fack, back and waist. I look abit silly as the top of me is sliming down but the bottom seems to stay the same. I would really love my legs to slim down so I can wear shorts with confidence this summer but I am giving up hope.

I am just finishing up W2 on Saturday then onto week 3 on Monday. Also a bit nervous but I think we are stronger than we think and we can do this.

I have also just raised my calories from 1490 to 1700. It has only been a week but the same happened to me, I ate more and dropped! We will see if the momentum continues. I try to plan it out for a couple days, it helps me stay on track. I have planned Monday and Tuesday but I am in a session on both those days in which lunch is being provided so I have left myself just over 500cals in case there are not many healthy options.

Try having protein, grain and fruit/veggie at every meal. Then for a snack aim for a protein and either a grain or veggie/fruit. I got the advice from my nutritionist and found I stay fuller longer and have more energy.

I feel the same. I am 5'2 2 04 and my current goal weight is 150lbs. I figure once I reach 150 I will re-evaluate as ultimately in the end I think I want to try for 135.
