I love mine also and wear it all the time from the time my feet hit the floor in the morning till they come off at night. I like how I can use the stop watch to track my jogging or walking whatever I may be doing. No disappointment in spending the money on it at all.

Many people don't know what cleaning stalls is all about. It isn't just shoveling and push a wheelbarrow it is a workout!!!! I have 3 right arm, back of shoulder left side and right ankle. Getting ready to go to tattoo shop this week to have another drawn up for my 4th. No regrets.

There is also a site called calorie calculator and you enter you ingredients in and the number of servings and it calculates the info for ya. I have used it a few times and seems to work great.

This has been my issue today terrible. I made a protein smoothie to try and help or have eaten things that are very low calorie wise like fresh vegetables or strawberries.

I have a fitbit and I love it. Keeps me motivated to get moving. I love the altimeter for floors climbed even when I am out running and it's hilly those hills all add up.
