Make sure you are breathing out on your up. Sounds like you might be getting not enough oxygen or to much.

Do it if you have the energy =) BTW I'm a big guy too. I find it a lot easier to increase incline rather then increasing speed. It also burns higher amount of calories at lower speeds. The other day I did 3miles at 2.5 between 10-13incline ended up burning 1170 calories. Good Luck =)

It's not just about being a nice man. Being overweight has some stress on depression and the sex drive all together. Since me and my wife have started to lose weight. About 90lbs combined so far. Yeah I cannot finish my last set I usually do 8. If I do more then I do another set with a lower weight and do as many as I can. So example. Preacher Curl- 60/10-70/10-80/10-50/15

Just trying to get some different opinions. Across the board I've seen about a 20-30lb gain in the weight I'm able to do. Biceps are the only muscle I'm having trouble with. My legs have exploded in strength but I do Cardio everyday and just strength train once a week.

Yeah this is currently what I do too. Monday - Chest Tuesday - Back Wednesday - Legs Thursday - Shoulder/farm Friday - Bi/Tri

Have to set something up yourself with exercises you are comfortable with. Like for BIceps I do... preacher curls, 15s, and Inner leg Curls. For tris I do... Tricep extension Tricep kickback and Skull crushers/close grip bench.

Yeah you could break up your muscle groups and be more specific about your workouts at each interval. Like in the morning do bi/tri in the afternoon do shoulder/forearm, or be even more specific and do bi in the morning tri in the afternoon.
