Might I ask are there any other symptoms? is your vision affected at all? My hypo symptoms include an aura of sorts, when this starts I take a dextrose tablet. I have to sit down until it passes, usually 20 mins & I am incoherent during this time. This is when my sugar crashes, I do not experience a sugar high at any time…

I'm borderline hypoglycemic so not sure of the difference between the symptoms. I don't get a sugar high but I certainly get a sugar crash. With either hyper or hypo it's recommended you eat something every 3-4 hrs. LOL! preferably not sugary!

I used to breed & show my himalayans, now they're older, they just eat, sleep & cuddle. lol!

Welcome! :flowerforyou: I'm just east of TO, from the City that Motor-vates! At least that's what the sign at the City limits says. lol!

What's already been said but I'd like to add, try not to snap your knees when you stand, it looks like you're locking them.:flowerforyou:

WOW!!! an absolutely marvelicious job! :flowerforyou: I might still have hope!

If you aren't allergic, eat some nuts. High calorie & good fat, you'll meet your calories very easily :flowerforyou:
-
Wahahahaha! I also know someone like that & I'm waiting for the day when the weight all comes back & then some, because they lost it the wrong way!
-
I found that portion control was the easiest, start measuring & weighing everything. Give yourself some type of low cal snacks in between your main meals. You can do this! :flowerforyou:
-
When I said I'd never go over 200 lbs & the Drs. scales read 202. :noway: I also want to be a healthy senior citizen.:blushing:

Bonjour Neighbour! :flowerforyou: I agree with Turbo Jam, Chalene is a great instructor. You can modify the moves & if I can keep up with her at 61 yrs old, you can too. Learning the moves on any workout, or even certain dance moves, takes a bit of time, don't worry about that, just tell yourself you can do it.:drinker:

:noway: I would have nipped it in the bud right from the get go with this! "You said you would be here next week, unfortunately we'll be away for the rest of this week." "That's too bad we'll miss each other, hope you have a great time on your vaca"!

Ditto!

Nuts are high in calories & are good fats, it shouldn't take long to get those calories up. Have a handful for snacks a couple of times a day. Nutella is not a good a choice!
-
I also need motivation, I'm on my last 20 lbs to lose but I'll settle for 10, I'm not greedy. lol!
-
I used to inhale my food because I was hungry but since I added the 2 small snacks in between my main meals, I've slowed down considerably.

I agree!

Even out walking you could have difficulty but I agree your best type of exercise is going to be walking. I have environmental allergies, mostly to fragrances, so I know how hard it is to catch your breathe. :grumble: I get the folks doing laundry, pumping all the scented detergents & softeners out the vents, or someone…

 There's no such thing as Not being able to find room for extra calories. Nuts are good fats, high in calories & make a great snack on their own,in a salad, or yogurt & you don't have to eat a lot of them. 1 tbsp Walnut Pieces - Unsalted - approx 95 cals 1/3 cup of Pumpkin Seeds Hulled, Roasted, Unsalted - 290 cals…

I enjoy my butter & 85% chocolate but I'm still eating them in the closet!

:smokin: I smoked for 40 years & quit 7 years ago. I had tried a number of different ways before being successful, with the Nicoderm patch. I find that each person is different as far as what worked for them & it has to be 100% your decision that it's time. I don't miss it & I don't have any problem being around…

My response to these people would be "No, I'm not anorexic, are you?" "What do you think of this weather we're having?"

Oh yeah!!! That 10-17 lbs of weight loss per week is all poop! :explode: I think this diet is a load of krap!!! :grumble: Talk about $hitting through the eye of a needle!!!
-
(a) I don't call it a diet, it's a lifestyle change, there's a better chance of keeping the weight off for good. (b) I set small goals, 10 lb increments with a treat at the end, a new hairdo, new top, etc. (c) I hang a picture of the old me on the refrigerator, that reminds me of how much better I look & feel now. I'm…

:ohwell: I suppose this could be true if you inhaled an egg yolk as often as the average smoker lights a cigarette!!
