try making sure you are eating 4 to 5 small meals a day and then get your self some of the 100 calories packs to use for snacks its not easy to lose weight but we a great support group and lots of incourgement you can do it.we are all here for you

i cook boneless sknless chicken breast when they are cook i cube them in anothe rpot i cook a can of cream chicken soup and 8 ozs of sour cream when its hot,i put the cube chiken in a 9x13 oan pour the chicken soup mixture over the cubed chicken take a pack of ritz crackers crumbled up in about 1 cup of butter make a crust…

someone told me to mix up the exercises will help you even if you only change it one or two times a week.this came from a guy i met that was on the biggest loser and was the winner of season 4.He was really very interesting and help me alot.good luck and keep up the good work

in order to lose weight you are suppose to eat 5 small meals a day.start with breakfest then in about 2 hours after have a snack then lunch two hours later another snacl then your supper.you have to decide on what you eat but it all about portion control.you should measure your foods

try to make it with a few noodles over gravy eat 1 cup its not to bad and very filling

try getting yourself some 100 calories snacks and eat instead of the other sugary thing you eat.
