I didn't do so well today. Got my water in. Did not stay under my calories today. It was my anniversary, and I had an appointment from 6 - 8 tonight. Got home and my husband had made a very nice supper. I went in and entered exercise to make myself do it, didn't happen. Tired now . Ready for bed. Tomorrow is a new day!

Congrats to the biggest losers! 14 pounds is an amazing loss! Couldn't do the jumping jacks because of a problem with my hip. I did do another 5 miles (3.3 kms) today though and burned 300 calories.

I started 30 day shred today too! My knees are not the best, and are quite sore now. Buy I burned 278 calories in the 20 minutes. I think that is worth sore knees.
