  • I usually do 1/2c to 1c of lactaid cottage cheese or stoneyfield yogurt with 1/4c to 1/2c fruit or granola. Today I also had a 1/2c of OJ.   • I don't like balsamic either, but I love red wine vinegar mixed with oil, black pepper and garlic salt. Ranch actually is one of the better dressings from what I've read.   • Last year I gave up my one-can-a-day of Dr. Pepper. I still crave it at times, but knowing the side effects it has in my body beyond weight has helped me save it for "special" occasions. Good luck!
