26. Some questions are hard to answer because the old me would have said 'often' or always', and the current me hasn't been in those situations yet.

I fit into all of my first round of goal clothes. Except I bought a leather jacket a month ago, it still zips up super tight but not as tight. I'd like to eventually fit more than a thin t-shirt under it, LOL. Word of advice though, goal clothes are great and all but DONT buy goal bras. Especially if you are a bit further…

Not knowing your workout pants are too big until you are moving around in them, running or in the middle of a Zumba class, tripping all over the place on the too-long pant bottoms. Spandex is dangerously deceiving. Shoes getting big can also be dangerous. Losing weight is hazardous.

And this is why I try to overestimate my calorie consumption

Are you eating diet/lite versions of things? If yes go for full fat.
-
Also if I recall correctly, Zumba gold is more for beginners/old people who can't move as fast.

I would suggest pouring some root beer over the "litter" right before serving, for that authentic freshly used catbox look. Make it nice and foamy.

The worst is getting called 'Ma'am'

Water bottles of various sizes. One for home, on for your car, one for your gym bag, one for work, so you have no excuses not to chug it back all day long.

Uh yeah, that butt aint real at all. I usually respect the decisions of people who opt to surgically enhance their bodies, but her current proportions due to her artificial bumplants + recent (pre-pregnancy) weight gain are kind of ridic in a cartoonish way. Not saying it's a bad thing, just kind of...jarring.

Thanks for replying. So would you attribute your being able to maintain on 2100 due to the amount and/or type of exercise you did throughout your weight loss and maintenance? (and did that change during the course of losing and maintaining?) I assume if you haven't lost any LBM it's because you are dilligently meeting your…

Yep, like everyone else I can see the difference mostly in your face. The next areas will be the last places your body put on extra fat (for me this was my torso, I think my legs/hips still look similar to when I was 50lbs heavier) Don't feel bad about slow progress. It's taken me about 15 months to lose exactly 48lbs.…

All snark aside, I would LOVE to hear from a 1200 weight loser who has kept off their weight for 2-5 years. And how much they have to eat to maintain their overall loss. ARE YOU OUT THERE? DO YOU EVEN EXIST?? :flowerforyou: I have a flower for you since a cookie will probably put you over goal (ok that last part was a bit…

Douchey way to say that in context, but I find this to be true, generally. I'm just past the mid-point of my 90lb. weight loss and I still struggle a lot, even after all I've learned about nutrition and fitness and my own habits. The life-long struggle and the need to calorie count forever in order to keep the weight off…

Mine: Needle in the Camel's Eye - Brian Eno I don't Feel like Dancing - Scissor Sisters Close to Me - The Cure Fergie - Fergalicious (OMG DON'T JUDGE ME) Don't Stop Me Now: Queen Die…

This. Mullets are never sexy though. Even on Scarlett Johansson.

Calling bullshiat on this chart as an accurate reference - 25% and 30% look to be about the same, but just with different body shapes, so the fat is concentrated in different areas. Same with 40% and 45% (the wonder of wearing properly sized bikini bottoms!). I'd love to see a chart like this using the same person at…

Here's another shred of attention for you, OP. Savour it.

I love eating when I'm on vacation, mostly because I eat food that I don't have access to at home, and I never know when I'm going to be in that part of the world again, so I don't want to miss out on the local cuisine. Tips: - Try to stay in hotel rooms with mini fridges, and buy snacks to eat between meals. Carry dry…

Well, you could always try and fail a fad diet. I know that experience is what drove a lot of us here to seek more long-term solutions. I mean, if you feel like wasting your money and your time and being really hungry and grumpy and feel like you're in a food prison.

This is bull****. It is beyond easy to eat over 1200 cats a day. Something is wrong with you if you truly madly deeply cannot eat more.

I always do. I got called out by a trainer at my gym when I went to grab a kleenex between sets "Are you done with the rack?" because he thought I was leaving, which I kind of found insulting haha. Doucheface. People are terrible at my gym though, with re-racking and with wiping down equipment, which is why I pre AND…
