This is why I only try to weigh in the morning after a rest day.

I second these questions. Socks are the only thing I can only wear for two workouts in a row but only if I absolutely MUST (usually because I forgot to bring a fresh pair of gym socks and have a class to rush to) because my feet don't sweat as much as the rest of me, which gets pretty damn ripe since I sweat like a beast.…

In addition to everyone else's suggestion, it may help to look at your weekly consumed calories to understand where you're going wrong - I've looked at your diary and added up your weekly caloric consumption to average 2457 calories per day - your goal intake is 2000, which means you're going over by 450+ calories daily…

German deli meats and sausages, eggs, smoked bacon, fresh spinach, sliced mushrooms, baby zucchini, homemade tomato sauce, gluten free bread, carrot juice, assorted citrus, caramelized onion hummus, green grapes, cottage cheese, a huge chunk of parm, ricotta cheese and probiotic yogurt. Sorry no pics, because lazy.

Have you ever considered non-earbud style? I get really sweaty too and got sick of the buds slipping out, so I got a pair of these: http://www.bose.ca/controller?url=/shop_online/headphones/wireless_headphones/ae2w_headphones/index.jsp I still periodically take them off and give them a wipe on my pants when I get sweaty,…

My little sister wears one "all the time" she say, even when she exercises. I could never. I don't get it.

I started MFP exactly 3 years ago today with a goal of losing 100lbs. I've "lost" 56lbs in that time, but really, I've lost 59lbs, gained 5, lost 6, gained 15, and lost another 12, and here I am. I took intentional breaks, I took unintentional breaks, had bouts of illness where I lost 5lbs in 3 days, had some injuries…

I find quick before-work breakfasts challenging because I'm not a fan of sweet breakfasts and most quick ones are sweet, so I make egg "quiche" muffins, modified from the South Beach Diet book. I make them with real eggs, add ham or bacon and goat cheese. They freeze pretty well, but hold up in the fridge for the week i…

Honestly? Aesthetics, personally. And fwiw, I've also struggled with disordered eating habits in the past, and don't consider myself to have a healthy self-image, though I'm working on it. I don't think vanity weight loss is a good thing in that it most likely preoccupies waaaay more time than it should in our brains when…

I went up 15lbs before I put the brakes on. Lost it at the same rate I put it on (4 months or so)

As someone who has "stalled" after losing and stayed at the same weight +/- 5lbs for the last year an a half, I can say that if I'm completely honest with myself, it was due to poor tracking and logging. I had the best consistent losses when everything I ate was made by myself, weighed on my kitchen scale, and logged to…

Yes, especially the nasty losers who spit INDOORS, like at the bar. Where are their mothers?

Canada. I think $0.88/L at Costco. $37 to fill up my little hatchback.

Opposite, either normal hunger levels, or I lose my appetite. It's bizarre.

This looks like it could be a scene from my nightmare! I bet it's an amazing workout but I can't even imagine.

A butt like that needs some thicker thighs to look proportionate, otherwise one would end up looking like Nicki Minaj (obviousl implants) Other than that, not sure what to tell you. lift weights to work on fine-tuning, loving and accepting your own butt shape, dents and all because you can't trade it for a someone else's.…

I would say mostly genetics, but this tumblr may give you hope (check the progress pics): http://fitnessforlife3.tumblr.com/ ^ She says she eats around 2370 calories a day and 130g of protein, so you'd be eating at a caloric surplus to build-a-butt like that.

I had too much outward curves 50lbs ago, and now I have those same outward curves, just smaller ones, plus an actual inward curve at the waist, so I'm pretty happy to keep going.

5'8 and my goal is 165 (which is 40lbs less than what I am now) I carry my weight very well and am generally happy with how I look now, but I'd like to be fitter, lighter and tighter. I have long limbs and would probably start ot look sickly if I went below 145.

I sometimes eat scrambled eggs using 1 or 2 whole eggs + 1 white, if I'm trying to watch my fat consumption. But just eating cooked egg whites is gross to me unless I'm making an egg white omelet with cheese and ham and fixings. Which means adding back in fat, so what's the point?

1. Sleeping on an air mattress that was on top of a foam pad for 4 months. Bye forever, pain-free back. 4 years ago and I'm still having issues. 2. Stepping incorrectly during warm-up in a Zumba class. Stupid because all that week I had been taking much more challenging dance classes and killing them, but it's Zumba where…

My personal experience is that I can't describe what it feels like since I mentally flip-flop between pre-loss me and now-me. When I get a response or comment from someone now that would have never occured pre-weight loss, but my current mentality is how I've felt and identified with for most of my adolescent and adult…

Aren't there a lot of non-creamy Indian dishes? Masoor dal and palak paneer are two of my favourite Indian dishes, both are fairly light on fat content and full of good healthy things. If you cook your own food often, substitute heavy cream for milk or light coconut milk, dial down the use of butter/ghee and agreed cut…
