Like regular spin - in the water and harder! Only one location in NYC, in TriBecA - Have seen it offered in LA.

    I've only ever taken one spin class, but the aqua spin is an interval training class and we did spin plus whole body stuff. Abs, arms, etc. in addition to the spin stuff. Also, the water resistance makes it harder to get your legs go fast so there's more work on your quads, hamstrings, etc. to make the pedals move.
