I do. And ditto on all of the above. The grocery store is about a 10 minute walk away, so when the weather's nice it will be my goal to never drive there if I need to go. And to go to the gym every day, I like the routine of going somewhere regularly since I don't have that with my workplace. I don't really need rest days…

I'm sorry, but I've given yoga MULTIPLE legit tries and it's just not for me. It's boring and uncomfortable and I spent the last 2/3 of the classes wishing it would end soooon. I think you are over-thinking this. It's OK if you weren't meant to live a vegetarian lifestyle. I wasn't meant to either. You need to define what healthy means to YOU. It isn't just vegetables and calorie counting. It may be more about how you eat, than what you eat.

My birthday was yesterday, and I celebrated last weekend. On Sunday, all that I ate was pizza, pastry and cake. I think I had a cider too. So to answer your question, no :smile:

You would hate to have me as a friend. This weekend I went to a 5 course dinner party, and I uploaded pictures of each course with descriptions for all my MFPals to enjoy vicariously. It was Italian food, too.

Leave food and water out in a visible, accessible area. And just let your cat do it's thing, it needs to explore every tiny nook and cranny of it's new environment to even begin to feel comfortable. If it's been a few days and still not eating, call your vet and ask.

No, personally, the store bought jerky has way too much sodium, and some flavours have a lot of sugar. I'd like to make my own beef jerky some day.

It happens. I did the same thing with a bag of praline pecans a few months back. 1500 calorie "snack". I've learned that you can't really trick your body with creating big deficits to make up for it, you just have to carry on work hard.

I'm trying to understand the point of you posting this in the Motivation and Support section on MFP. Are we–the random internet people–supposed to tell you not to worry, that they're all jealous *****es who want to ostracize you for no reason, and that you are so sweet and nice? Or am I missing something?

Actually, eating after the flush is ideal. At least 5-8 minutes post-flush is the best time frame for food consumption, as all the poop spores lingering in the air have mostly dissipated by this point, and there is less chance of contamination. Good luck!
