Ignore the rude comments telling you to suck it up, that person is obviously projecting. There is no weight/height/bmi/bodyfat % requirement for having valid body image issues. I'm not an armchair doctor so I'm not going to diagnose you with BDD, but if the thoughts you have about your body and appearance really weigh on…

I remember reading some expose from an ex-Hooter and she said something about how the uniforms only come in size XXS, XS and S. I don't know if it's true or if that's even helpful or anything. Edit - the article: http://www.accordingtosauce.com/2009/05/uniform-of-hooters-girl.html

Ughh not even 24 hours ago. Had a Wendy's frosty yesterday and a Swiss Mush burger (which is NASTY by the way, too saucy) from DQ the day before. It's only a bad thing because I haven't worked out since Monday.

< proud of bulky calves, AND I look great in skinny jeans (maybe because I'm tall with a long inseam?) I don't know but I rock 'em :drinker:

When you see a woman's measurements, it's usually taken from the narrowest point of her waist, or her "natural waist". It's usually a few inches above the belly button. I have a really long torso so my natural waist is quite high up. I'm 199lbs, 5'8" and my natural waist is 31.5"

I don't think 'theory' means what you think it means. If you don't go overboard, good for you. Focus on yourself, that's all that should matter to you!

Yeaaah, don't do that.

I downloaded Nicole Blum's playlist MP3's, and the transition notification is a '5..4..3..2..ONE' countdown and the song changes. I like that the best because I find too much talking gets really annoying after a few weeks.

Because I enjoy eating regular kinds/amounts of food and I also discovered that I need to exercise to keep healthy AND sane, and neither of these facts are going to change over the course of my lifetime, so I may as well find my sweet spot and make it work. Which is what I have done through enough years of trial and error.…

none/all of them. I am a cereal junky and tend to overdo it, even on the healthiest, driest, most boring muesli-type stuff. For me cereal isn't a great meal option because I don't consume animal milk so really it's just some simple carbs that leave me hungry less than an hour later, so unless I'm mixing it with some…

Ok but like, I just want to eat everything during my period!? How do I know if the weight I gain is fake bloating weight and not 'munching the **** out of my fridge and cupboards' real weight?? Please help quick??

As it stands I'm also available for any of the dates mentioned so far! Have you settled on a location yet or is it still up for voting? I've always wanted to check out Bottlescrew Bill's, but I'm fine with anywhere that's not too loud because I always go partly deaf in really loud places, haha.

This. Hunger =/= starvation =/= "there was food in my belly and now I feel that the food is no longer in my belly" feeling. Also this. Hunger can be a confusing state until you know why your body is giving you the signals it gives you, which is a learning process for some. I think it's a bit careless to say that we were…

I'd be up for this :)

Anything with "diet" on the label. Yep, I grew up in a household where Diet Coke, Lean Cuisine and Cheez Whiz Light were kitchen staples. *sigh* And JUICE! AKA liquid sugar.

To me, not eating back exercise calories on that plan makes that sounds like a recipe for failure and re-gain, and not a sustainable long-term weight loss plan which is what I am assuming you would prefer. You can run numbers with your nutritionist and MFP all you want, but at the end of the day every calorie that goes in…

Hahaha, accurate. Thanks.

5'8, and the more I lose, the more unsure I am of what I want my goal to be. I'm 200lbs now, and I can't imagine losing more than 30lbs. from this point on, so I'm going to say a very tentative 170.

Yes. That's my shape too, and I have yet to be told otherwise!

Um, stfu. I frequently hit up the grocery store on my way home from the gym because I am starving and I know there's nothing delicious in my fridge. I work from home so I'm usually either in my workout clothes or PJs during the week, truth be told. AND I WERK THEM.

Quoting and bolding because IT HAPPENED TO ME TOO! :flowerforyou:  :drinker:  Not eliminated, but my cellulite has really reduced a lot in appearance. Everyone on here can call my bluff on this...but my hips (and *kitten*) don't lie!

5'8, and I'm a pretty solid 14 at 200lbs., but sometimes I can squeeze into a 12, other times 16'ss still fit me best.

I like eating natural peanut butter with Pink Lady apple wedges, AKA the sweetest, most candy-like apples, and some cinnamon sprinkled on top. It's the perfect mix of flavours!
