I'd love a buddy too! Anyone feel free to add me! I've gone up and down the last several years after having kids. I tend to fall into a "disordered eating" way of thinking when I'm losing weight so I'd love to have someone who helps me stay motivated and on track!! I have about 15-20 lbs I'd like to lose and I'd like to do…

Hi Everyone! I'm from Tri-Cities! It's so dry here and not as green as the other parts of PNW that I love so much...trying to get out and enjoy the river more though. Look forward to being in this group!

I'm new to Paleo, so I'm still learning, but a couple times in a pinch, I've gone to Carl's Jr for the low carb burger with no condiments. That's a last resort option! :)

OMG that is the sweetest goal ever. I have a couple secret goals...to run a marathon and to not have my thighs touch anymore!!

I'm Katie, only been running a year. I've done multiple 5k's, 1 10k and have hopes of increasing my mileage this year. :) I started running to lose weight, but also I think it's a great stress reliever. Happy to be part of the group!

I do pretty much all of my running on the DREADmill over the winter. It's a love-hate relationship. I get very bored on the treadmill!! For me, the time goes by faster if I run like a 1/4 mile, then change up my speed, then at a mile I'll hope off, do a mile on the eliptical, then get back on the mill. Keeping things…

That's awesome you did a marathon!! I'm new to this group too. I would like to run my first half this year but we'll see. I've only been running for about a year, usually about 3 miles at a time. I've got a couple longer races I'm entering this year, (with just the goal of finishing!) I'm ready to step up my game! :)…
