  • Thank you! I've been so good at tracking everything I eat and I get so frustrated when its time and I track my afternoon snack and I'm already way over my sugar goal but ending every day at about 1150 calories and everything else looks so good.
  • Am I sabotaging myself eating fruit for my snacks? Since I started eating fruit for snacks I'm way over my sugars everyday.
