I have to admit i stopped using the timer on c25k because I cant do the 5min run uphill. instead i run on the flat and down hill and walk the uphill. a lot of shorter bursts of running with shorter recovery times.

So we ended up in the ER with a sick toddler the other night so 2 full days of exercise missed. Should still hit tArget though! 30 mins this morning so 225 so far this week.

Did my weights class last night and the instructor announced he thinks we are all lacking core strength so thats his focus this month! Lol, he's tough too, if one person stops we all start again.

Yesterday 85 mins - walking the dog and power class Today 75 mins - c25k and mma class Week to date 240, 75 to go. I should do it easy, will have to increase next weeks goal!

Goal 315 mins, so far 80 mins, lol, better go a bit harder. It doesnt help that hubby makes social plans and doesnt tell me, grrr, missed the gym because we went out.

You have an unhealthy obsession with abs! But i guess im in :) The sit ups and pushups wont be too bad but i cant plank mre than 40 seconds :)

I have restarted, on my 3rd litre of water to keep my mouth busy, lol. It is hard to keep going but if we recognise we are slipping we can do something about it.

March 1- 7 - I will MOVE IT for 320 mins for the week. Thats 45 mins per day.

I tried my last new thing which was tofu. it was ok i guess, will have to try it mixed with something instead of by itself.

I dont think i will loose much this week.. It might be self sabotage or stress but i have really gone off the rails. no exercise and a lot of junk. Trying to pull myself back together as of today but the damage has been done.

Moved up to week 4 and the 5 min run is killing me, onceagain downhill/flat no issue but even a little slope makes me struggle. Still, will keep at it till i can do it!

I managed to squeeze in my second new food - tofu. It was a bit different, not yuck, not yum, just different. maybe it will be better mixed with some vegies etc.

I have had a lot of choclate this week. A LOT of chocolate. I doubt I have lost a gram. Trying again to kick this sugar addiction so we will see how it goes.

I've decided the reason I'm struggling with the 3min jog is because it's uphill, downhill or flat I can do it no problem, but I live in hills so it will only get worse with longer jogs! However this is my last week on level 3 before I push it to level 4.

My hubby is slender except for his little pot belly. He has given up beer and its slowly shrinking. He is enjoying me getting slimmer and is very supportive, he understands that if i want something sweet or fatty i can have it, becuase im good the rest of the time.

so after my little cherubs bought home tummy bugs I have lost massive 7 pounds in 3 days. I dont expect it to stay off so I am not weighing in this week and I will take my weight from next week. Looks like we all went a bit off the rails...

We are nearly half way through the month, how is everyone going with 2 new exercises and 2 new foods? I'm sitting on week 3 day 3 and I'm finding it a little stretch, I've done it over a few days and I will stay on it till I can run each section, then move to day 1 week 4 and probably sit on that for a while. I know day 1 week 5 is 15 mins running and I know I'm a long way from that!

Didn't make my mini goal but fairly sure it's hormonal. Only 700g last week and this week so far has been a sugar and carb laden mess. Back on track now, no carbs or sugar for the rest of the week and lots of water.

Had a fitness assesment yesterday, I have very poor core strength, lol, I guess this challenge will help!

Definately make sure you eat enough, try eating all your calories plus half your exercise calories. Also what time at night are you eating? if you eat too late you dont get a chance to burn it off.
