i do and am - my diary is open you can see im doing fine, my friend isnt on MFP and is determined to do this, i was looking to put forward my argument that its bad for your body but so far all ive read about is that its low kcals and wont harm you - she wont not do it for that :(

thats what i had inicially said but she is going ahead with it anyway, its not far off the 1200 i eat daily but i fit a hell of a lot more into my food than this allows - is it not dangerous? - ill do a search for other threads....

Thank you all, i have a goal of my 30th birthday in 17months time to be at 135-140lbs so i will get there slowlym, i just want to feel better about myself in shorts for this summer :) i love walking so i think ill up the distances too :)

Me too, I dont really have many friends in life and get bouts of drpression due to a brain condition i have MFP keeps me centrerd :)

i got it before i put on, i was 140lbs so to me i could have lost more but i had comments constantly about being too thin and going too far.......it think its an insecurity thing on their side

you could be building muscle and this would be why wour not loosing.....have you measured yourself?

I use and UP24 to track with - mainly because it calculates my calories correctly and adjusts them on MFP so that im eating the right defect. Its great

Im a yoyo - ive lossed and gained alot - im now down to 170lb region and im trying to loose the last 30lb to get back to where i was 3 years ago (my THINspiration is my profile pic) as as soon as i stop thinking about food i pile the weight on, im getting to the point where i think about if i need to eat that cookie…

I count and stick to mt kcals mon-friday and on weekends i eat healthily but i dont log so i dont feel like it rules my life - i dont over eat or any thing but it makes me feel like im cheating as im not logging and if i want that costa lattee after a good walk round the town shopping ill have it with no guilt :)

Im the same - the less food the worse my head is, and so i tend to give up easily :( I put 35lb on in 6 months following surgery because it made me feel better to eat when i was in so much pain, now im struggling to get the weight away because as you both have said its difficcult when i cant just or do anything strenuous…

I downloaded an app called happy scale - i told it what i want to weigh and it gives me milestones to reach so instead of thinking ive got 40lb to go i have 10, once i reach that i have another 10 - its great :)

i CANT DO PHYSICAL SPORTS OR RUNNING ACTIVITIES BUT ANY THING ELSE IS FINE AS LONG AS IM IN CONTROL OVE MY MOREMENTS :)

Ok so ive been on a site it says my calorie defiect should be around 1790 - so should i just knock 200 off a day and set my protein at 30% instead of 20% ?

Its my condition that stops me anything that causes any sort of pressure or elevated heart rate immobilises me with pain in my head followed by dizzyness..... I do have muscle still but my fat has over taken it (ive only put 32lb on) but im quite weak and so wanting to get myself into a better place regarding my self image…

neck excersises is what they have given me as thats where my surgery was, they reccomended the ball too to build my core strength back up,,,,,
