I don't work too too early so I often stay up til 1 or 2 in the morning. So I usually have a couple of snacks after my dinner. I am interested in Protein powder but do not really know what significance it has. What are going to be its benefits and when am i supposed to use it. I have Dance Central for the Kinect. Its not an actual workout game but it does have a work out mode. It allows you to enter your weight and give you an approximate of how many calories you burn. I almost ALWAYS eat my calories. I sometimes go over too, but I feel I am still eating way less than I ever did before. But I have been doing this for six weeks. I don't really SEE results... :/

I have days like this where i run out of calories before the day ends. I try not to stress out too much if I go over by maybe 100 calories. Never go hungry! Would you rather feel satisfied or hungry? I don't feel that 100 calories over once a week will make much a difference. 100 calories over is still better than 500…

I'm in need of some friends to keep me motivated! I'm looking to get to about 120-125 by spring/summer time. I am 143 right now. My hardest thing is eating right. Usually one meal will ruin my day! :(

I actually did this yesterday and was waaayyy over my calories too. I would honeslty be embarrassed for anyone to see it :/ but anyway... My brother had Insanity and let me tell you, it is extremely hard. I mean, I did the workout that you do at the very beginning, and it was so hard. I was not in shape for sure, but even if you are, it will be difficult, no doubt. Make sure you have plenty of water and don't give up!

I started mfp saturday night and up til last night i didnt even own a scale! Ha! but now that i have one i feel the need to get on it everytime i see it! Idk if thats any good either....
