You could also search and see if anyone has asked a similar question. I saw a post recently and someone had said do strength training first then cardio. Their logic was so that you might be too tired to lift weights after your cardio routine.

^^^ You just said you know it's not normal or healthy. It won't be sustainable, not even for more than a few weeks I'm guessing. Just lose the weight the right way.

Shopped at my favorite store today and realized I went from a size 10 to a 4. Holy cow huge change! It was so exciting, I am really proud of myself.

What do you guys use for the actual "wrap"? A tortilla or what? I never liked the wraps I made because I would just use a tortilla.

Yay! i've been a member on and off since 2010, so nothings new to me anymore, this time it just feels like I've really committed (prob due to better work schedule). I log everyday and my diary is open!

Glad you're here! I'm often over on sodium most days by a lot and I know that I eventually need to curtail that somehow. I'm only 23 and I don't wanna health problems from that now or later on.

It honestly sounds a little gross, but then good at the same time..... lol. I would use my blender more often if it wasn't so dang loud in the morning! ;p

I do tons of zumba from videos on youtube. There's also lots of other workouts on there, I'm sure you could find something you're looking for. And if you have a laptop you might be able to hook that up to your TV so you can watch it on a bigger screen! :)

I'm doing a 30 day squat challenge (search it on pinterest). I'm only on day 2 but its a somewhat long-term goal that I can look forward to completing.

You should eat back most of your calories burned. Say your daily calorie goal is 1200. You burn 500 but don't eat that back. Now you're only netting 700 calories for the day. Its really not enough if you're doing it every single day.

You can buy potato gnocchi at most grocery stores... maybe get nutrition facts from that and estimate? It's just one meal anyway! :)

What time you eat really doesn't matter as long as its a sensible meal. You can't really help what time you eat because of your work schedule.

I just had 2 eggs over easy with a little salsa on the side, an applesauce cup, and a Sargento provolone/mozerella stick and that was 305 calories. I'm surprisingly full!

Thanks! :) My stomach is also my next target as well as its not where i want it to be. Don't know exactly what I need to do though. I read that ab workouts alone won't do it, you've got to lose the fat too.

I just try to do a mix of cardio and weights. Its really sporadic, definitely nothing planned. I would say I did way more cardio (elliptical, walking on treadmill, stationary bike) than any kind of weights.

thank you! unfortunately I don't see a huge difference when I look in the mirror. :/ Seeing the pics side by side helps a bit but I'm not really where I want to be just yet. But as much as it shouldn't matter, seeing the number on the scale helps me know that I am doing something right!

This isn't about me, or they gym, but my boyfriend had to do a fit test for a job. One of the test was to see how many situps he could do in like 1 minute or something. My problem is I'm drinking more water and I have to pee ALL the time!! As soon as my alarm goes off I hit snooze but my bladder tells me I HAVE to get up cause I gotta pee so bad! :/

I'm 5'3" started at 152 and have been eating at 1410 plus exercise calories. And I still go over at least once a week. I've been losing steadily for the past 2 and a half months!
