    In 16 days I have lost 14 lbs, so almost a pound a day. And I am not starving or doing any goofy fad diets, matter of fact I am quite satisfied with what I eat. Balance and moderation, people. And exercise.

    GW: 175 (target date was 31st Dec 2015, but given where I am presently, target is now moved up to 31st Dec 2014, but I will probably achieve it by 31st Oct 2014)

    As I near my goal and I assess my current state, I thinking I will revise my target down to 165-170, but I will stay at 170-175 for a few months (once I get there, that is), to see how it feels.

    My main goal is to lose weight and be more healthy. I am currently pre-diabetic :/

    I'd obviously like to be at my goal weight now, but I guess I'd love to reach my GW by end November as I'll be seeing my family for the first time in 2.5 years, so I'd like to look good :)

    We're nearly identical in stats! Figured I'd find someone close if I looked for a while.

    I haven't been in the 120's in SOO long that I would love to just see how I look at that weight. Then I can decide what to do from there. I really have not been exercising at all lately (pretty much eating well and that's it) but I may need to start lifting when I get to my goal to tone up.

    I don't really have a set date for reaching my GW. It is quite a bit to lose so I am just enjoying my new healthy lifestyle and trying to stay on track and motivated. I reached this weight because of some health issues, now that those are under control I am ready to get back to a healthy weight. :)

    I'll go with sizes (Canada), since I don't weigh myself anymore...

    Start at size 20 (232 pounds)
    Currently at size 16 ( around 210)
    Goal of a size 9 or 7 (around 145-140)

    I am 5'4, 33 yo female.
    Time frame, I am in a slow process, so maybe another 2-3 years. Whatever, as long as I get there I'll be happy!
    Doing this mostly for health, and to feel proud of myself and good in my own skin. I was 150 five years ago (profile pic) and it felt so great!

    I started really trying in September 2013. I don't have a date set for reaching my goal weight, as I find I get discouraged if I set goals and don't reach them. I just have a "if I keep eating right and exercising, it'll come off eventually" mindset.
