Oh, and when I'm watching my figure I like to use gluten free, low carb, sugar free, non-dairy wraps, to save calories, but they taste really good with Chunky Monkey ice cream and crushed up Oreos. Oh, and cherry on top. Helps me hit my 5 a day!0

Peanut Butter, Jelly, and Cream Cheese
Chicken, Cheese, and Avocado
Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado
Bacon, Chocolate, and Cream Cheese0 -
Lately I've been doin buffalo tuna wraps. Just tuna, buffalo sauce, and "ranch" sauce. For the ranch I usually do either two tablespoons of Greek yogurt mixed with one teaspoon hidden valley ranch powder or one tablespoon Greek yogurt to one tablespoon ranch.
Also love slicing and cooking up some chicken breast, red and green pepper, mushrooms, avocado and sprinkling with fajita seasoning.
Philly cheese steak wraps too. Steaks umms or regular sirloin sliced up with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and Swiss or provolone.
BBQ chicken sliced with lettuce, cheddar, tomato
Also like spreading hummus on a wrap and layering some deli ham and pine nuts
now I want a wrap!0 -
Oooh and dessert wraps too.
I make an Elvis inspired wrap with pb, banana and bacon.
Another with gruyere, prosciutto, and raspberry jam.
Nutella, strawberry and banana is always good too0 -
what are some good ideas for vegetarian wraps? Not quinoa , not a huge fan of it to be honest
I'm not vegetarian but I want some meatless options for work lunches.
thanks !0 -

At a restaurant I used to work at we used to make roasted vegetable wraps with pesto Mayo... They were so good. Veggies included squash, peppers, onions, mushrooms... Whatever was around0 -

hummus and roasted veggies in a go to; add pine nuts if you can afford them to make it extra delicious
baked tofu, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers in peanut sauce
white beans, tomato, and avocado, all tossed in a little vinaigrette
peanut butter, banana, and honey
refried beans and cheese (warm the wrap) then add salsa and avocado
if you fill a wrap with hummus and cheese and then warm it...it's so very good
tomato, fresh mozzarella, balsamic, evoo, basil, and spinach
sauteed portobellos, sauteed onions, and swiss cheese0 -
What do you guys use for the actual "wrap"? A tortilla or what? I never liked the wraps I made because I would just use a tortilla.0
-
Buffalo shrimp, mixed greens, and a little sweet vidalia onion dressing.0
-
deli turkey, swiss cheese, avacado, lettuce, tomato.0

Try Flatouts. They sell them at most grocery stores now.0 -
I like the Flat Outs, but even better, I love Joseph's Lavash. Also, the tortillas that are spinach or tomato flavored for wraps.

Anything that goes on a sandwich! Wraps rock.
P.S. Vietnamese rice wrappers are great as well with cabbage, shrimp, shredded carrots and a little fish sauce and cilantro. YUM0 -
I usually slice up any meat leftover from last night's dinner, heat it, top it with cheese and a dressing of some sort. Add lettuce/spinach if I have it.0

Cream cheese mixed with a dry ranch seasoning, dice up bell peppers (all colors) and green onions, throw in black olives if you like them.
Wrap that bad boy up and slice it into pinwheels.
It's delicious.

Deli turkey, butter lettuce, feta cheese, dried cranberries, and a little bit of olive oil mayo. If you've got some left-over calories you're dying to spend add a few strips of bacon.0

Lately I've been really into a 100% whole wheat tortilla with 100 cal pack of tuna salad (the Starkist kind), a quarter cup of romaine hearts, half a tomato, half an avocado, and a few green olives. I've had it everyday for lunch for the past like 4 days now. It's delish!0

Homemade pulled buffalo chicken, a slice of reduced fat pepperjack (melted), and a little bit of lite ranch. Throw some fresh veggies on it, and BAM. Buffalo wrap.0
