I started couch to 5k last Thursday, managing 2 sessions of week 1 that week. I have done 2 sessions of week two this week so far and, with all my running being on treadmill to date, I am going for a jog outside tomorrow morning. I am going to look for a 5k run at the end of September as a milestone to aim for.

I'm in too. I never prepare ahead and end up eating junk food. I am going to prepare a sensible lunch to take into work with me every day to stop me going to the local eating joints and blowing my diet half way through the day. eg a McDonalds Meal today!!!
