I'm 5' 10' and was at 175. I used to be very atheletic but the past few years have become sedentary. The rate of loss is slowing, so it may be water loss.

Quite frankly all of the above relpies are great. What I do is have a couple of rum & diet cokes just about every night. They weigh in at about 150 Kcal, combined.
