Hello! I have to say I am feeling the pressure and am at least making progress towards my fitness goals. I bought my dress at a sample sale similar to some of my smaller clothing (I got down to my goal weight but because of an injury regained quite a bit.) I have 3 months to get either down another inch in my waist or…

I did purchase my gown a couple sizes smaller. I was that size semi recently, in the past 2 and 1/2 years, although because of injury I let myself gain some weight. I am determined to fit into all my smaller clothes in my closet so bought my dress from a sample sale. It is a size similar to my middle sized clothes. I am…

I am having the same issue with cutting out cheese and greek yogurt. Its such a challenge to remind myself to eat more veggies and meat and not fruit. But slowly I have noticed my cravings for fruit decreasing. I guess I just have to keep going. *Good luck everyone!*

I noticed while coming down from my highest weight to my current weight that my wardrobe has expanded out to all the colors of the rainbow. Previously while severely over weight I only wore dark colors, not my closet is very colorful. Something that I want to do when I get to my goal weight is to get my belly-button…

I typically lose 1-3lbs a day or two before. However, the day after it starts I see a gain of aprox. 3lbs. Then I settle out to my pre-weight a few days after it finishes. Stupid bloating. :/

It is a Doctor Who reference to the (possibly) 11th Doctor. You know, the Matt Smith one. To be honest I always thought bow-ties were a little funky and out there, thus cool in my book. I am a HUGE Josh Whedon and Steven Moffat fan and my name is so unique I didn't want to use it even though it was available. It is…

I really don't know if they are setting it up for the series. It would be an awfully long series-- potentially.

My most newest and favorite saying of all time is... "Hunger is NOT an emergency." It really helps wrap my brain around the true issue at hand. Am I physically hungry, or emotionally hungry?

Thanks everyone. I think I just am feeling guilty for all that they have given me great experience, but are pressuring me into a career path that is not a good fit for me. Despite me saying i don't want to be in that field. I will go to the interview with this other company. It is very large and well know across the US,…

I invested in a few kids skirts and pants b/c they have that elastic band in them! Life saver! Even when I lose weight I can still wear them for a while. Always freezing cold is my second complaint. I just cannot keep my own body heat at all.

Mashed Potatoes. Scrambled Eggs. I think this all goes back to my dislike of milk. I hate how runny it makes the eggs and I hate the texture of mashed potatoes.

It is really good to know we are not alone in this struggle. My major guilt times are family events and social gatherings. It was taught and reinforced strongly that you are when there was free food or you didn't eat later. And that Aunt who also feels like it is a personal attack when you do not eat her pie. (Which i ran…

Head band/ear muffs, Gloves, and Wool socks:love: (To wear over my running socks). I need to invest in a good thin water resistant jacket. I have a lot of under-armor knock off gear but with a thick jacket it just traps in too much heat.:ohwell: It gets really cold here. My nose is almost always numb. But with glasses it…

I am the same way. I have always been a bit of a compulsive buyer but even more so when I cannot spend my money on food. thinking about explaining to my boyfriend what I bought has stopped me a bit, but I still buy things I know I shouldn't. :embarassed:
