I started September 2009 and like I said before, pretty much eating better and much cardio. Keep your heart race to burn that fat.

I am 5'7. No, not much loose skin too much. It's never really affected me too much in that way. I still have fat which I'm losing still and once the fat is down more, Hopefully it's tighter around my waist ect.

It took me a little over a year. OMG I come home from work and pages of responses. I'm so fn happy I can be an inspiration to those still in the weight loss battle. YOU ALL HAVE THIS AND WILL SUCCEED if you keep your mind focused on what you want.

That is something I'm waiting on haha. Tightening and toning is something I'm working on while burning the fat I have left.

All I honestly did was eat better then before and CARDIO. I went out and walked at LEAST 4 miles a day. Weight was coming off quick. Then joined a gym to add some muscle.

Starting weight: 305lbs Current weight: 174lbs Goal weight: 155 - 165lbs? Have to see where I want to stop. Took a little over a year to lose the initial weight. Now I'm just losing the rest.

I gave ALL my FAT clothes to the poor. Just gave them all away because I don't want ANYTHING in my possession of the old me except pictures. No point because I will never go back to how I was.

Yes it definitely works. Keeps you very aware of what you are eating and what you over eat, ect.

I used that MapMyWalk and it was HORRIBLE. The calorie burned system was WAY off and could tell it was wrong. I LOVE my Runtastic until I get the FitBit.

I'm getting the awesome FitBit soon. But until then, I just wanted to see what everybody has to share about this. So pretty much just put my 410 Calories burned instead of using the MFP calculations.
