Very helpful. I appreciate it. Yeah, all I did on the Fitbit side was match the "Lose 1.5 lb a week" so both apps say 1.5 lb a week to lose. But I definitely won't log anything in fitbit. I just let it do it's thing like workouts and tracking all my other stuff it does.

Yup, I just do everything in MFP. I just wanted to make sure the calories on the Fitbit food plan was needing to be changed. So what I do was just changed the 500 (1lb a week) to 750 Deficit (1.5 pound a week) so at least the 1.5 matches what I have MFP setting too.

I truly wish the SCAN FOOD option was still free to use.
-
I so agree. SCAN A BARCODE was literally so easy. And it made it to where you know the correct food is being chosen. With searching, tons of times the nutrition values are off. It's just absolutely pathetic they made this for ONLY PREMIUM.
-
Makes sense. I had to lower my activity level because I saw weight gain instead of loss. Just too much calories I was taking in. Going to try this week with one level lower and see how this goes.
-
Thank you all for your kind words. It means a lot. You all are doing fantastic as well. We all got this.

It's been a tough road but I'm back into the swing of things. I'm 224 as of this morning but holding myself accountable and want to reach 180. Just need to start having some motivation again. Stress can really be a bad thing but all it takes is willpower and knowing what you want.
-
Dude that is what I'm focusing on now. It's hard. I don't have a lot of it, but since I still have some weight to drop, I'm hoping it comes off better when I reach my goal.
-
Aww, that means a lot to me.

ALL SUPPORT FOR THOSE WHO THINK THEY CAN'T DO IT.
-
Always on here if anyone needs help with anything or just for support. You all are doing great yourselves. Happy to see the progress you all are making.
-
Thank you all. You all are doing AMAZING yourselves. I'm looking through everyone's profiles and such and so proud of others.
-
Why thank you Amy. Hope your progress is going great.

I just want to show people how possible it is. I'm tired of hearing people in the real world say they can't do it and give up.
-
Haha true that. And right back at ya.
-
Very much so. The doctor told me I pretty much lost a teenager off me haha. Made me laugh.
-
Appreciate it. I figured 170 would be good but I still have fat and want to thin myself out more. So I think around 160 is a good weight and then go from there.

*blushing*

Haha thanks. Thank you all. I just want my story to show that anything is possible. If I can do it, anyone can. Just have to WANT to do it.
-
Lol thanks I guess :-P

I've been using myfitnesspal on and off. The most pounds I was losing was like 5 a week or so when I first started. But now with being so much smaller, I just lose a pound or so. Just cheat on my days off and stuff.
-
Thank you all. Means a lot to me to share this with you all. My nutrition is random for sure lol. When I do the calorie counting, I really just eat whatever I want and just stay under calories. I walked a lot and all that too. But nothing major at all.
-
Good job man. You're almost there.
-
Thank you very much.
-
Before: 305 lbs Current: 171 lbs
-
Why thank you :-P

Appreciate your response. I think I'm going to try this scale and see how it is. I want to stay away from the Lithium battery ones.
-
I just found this from searching. AMAZING reviews on Amazon and other "Best Scales" sites. I think I might give this a try. Walmart shows it has it for an easy pick up.
-
I'm just saying that is what it has come down too, having to move it to where it weighs correctly by showing 12lbs when putting my 12lb weight on it. I don't think it's the battery because it's not saying ERROR and all that... Thank you for your response on the brands you use. I will look those up also. Any more good ones…

All I want to do is to be able to motivate people in the right direction for a better life. Thank you for that :-)
