" Our (my husband and I) largest obstical is the adult beverages. " We love wine and we love to cook together. We eat very well and watch our portions. It's just a bad habit and it also helps us unwind in the evening. The metabloism slows down after 40!

I'm doing a chocolate whey protein shake with Skim milk and sm banana (or berries). I have been using it as a breacfast or lunch. (300 cals, 20 grams protein. It really does the trick.

How much are you working out? I'm 5'1 and 43. strength training and cardio 5 to 6 x"s a week. for about 3 months. Seeing results in shape and fat percentage but not on the scale. :( I weigh 120. Want to be 115.
