So i made this yesterday. I made it in a brownie tin rather then cupcake form and its lucky i check after 20 mins as it had burnt i think 15 - 18 mins in the oven is a more acceptable time frame to 30 mins. what we got to try was nice but unfortunatly most was burnt and dry :frown:

I say i'm Healthy Eating not dieting if people ask and they look at me as if it say "Yeah what ever" but i'm one of these people that if i tell myself i'm on a diet i start to krave all the foods i'm trying to avoid, plus i am healthy eating and hoping to stay that way for life and hopefully not dieting for life lol

When I start a new diet I don' t weigh myself the first week as I tend to show differences the week after same if I have a really bad week I don' t seem to show the gain til the week after. Anyway my point is don' t get down hearted and keep with it

There' s only 2 of us but I find most things freeze like the meat and potatoes pies I still have 2 in the freezer now, or like the chewy cranberry bites i half the recipe as there is only me that eats these

Has anybody made the chicken Korma fakeaway from this recipe book? I am interested to know if it does really taste like a takeaway Korma as was think about making it one night for my hubby who is a very fussy eater when it comes to Korma' s

I've had this cook book for a while and love it the muesli and granola recipes are fab but everything I have made from this cookbook has turned out well so far

I've just made this pizza crust and then added a pepperoni topping it was fantastic i did play about with the recipe abit as there is loads of variations if you do a internet search, but i couldn't believe it when my husband ate half as he is the most fussy eater i have met. My pizza came out at about 210 calories for half…
