When I eat bad I feel like my stomach is going to pop! I wake up early in the morning with pains that last about 15 minutes. Not fun!

\ Absolutely agree :)

On days I lift I try to do some intervals afterwards (even 10 min). Adding any cardio after lifting I think would help! I would also save low impact cardio for their own separate days (say 45 min of walking or slow jogging), although I do not do alot of low impact cardio. I also have one day dedicated to intervals and…

A mushroom walks into a bar and the bartender says "Heyy...you can't be in here, you are a mushroom..we don't accept your kind." The mushroom says "Why not?? I'm a fungi !!!!" :)

We both know that that exercise is not going to get rid of it completely. With my experience, there were absolutely some stomach exercises that helped tone my stomach.

I do feel bad for people who are just beginning their healthy lifestyle and try to get accurate advice on certain subjects. There will always be conflicting facts and ideas on here! It can be overwhelming!! I do find all of these threads interesting though!

I did know it is one of the last things to go but it has just been such a life-long issue for me. I know there is no spot moves and that you have to eat right..that is why it's frustrating.

I agree. Clean eating is different for everyone. I do want to try to get rid of some processed foods.

It is a struggle!! As for clean eating, I am not some body builder woman haha, I just eat very healthy. I try to get that balance of vegetables, fruits, fats, proteins, and fiber into my diet. I have not eaten butter (although I have heard certain types of butter are healthy), certain types of cheese, and some other items…

Hi there I do 2-3 sessions of Intervals during the week and they help so much. You do not always have to do the same routine with intervals, you can switch it up! One routine can involve 30 seconds of 8.0-10.0 with a 60 second recovery and the next routine could involve 1 minute of 7.0-8.0 with a 90 second recovery. Good…

You kind of brought up a good point. If you are burning sugar while it is sugar, then it can't be converted to fat and stored. So if you are below calorie, and you are eating small meals, you will burn the sugar you consume and the body will turn to your current fat stores for the deficit. I think that might be a little…

Good pic! :)

Do you takeit along with a multivitamin? I took Super B for awhile but didn't know if it was too much of that vitamin per day.

I agree. I started eating 4-6 times a day 4 years ago and lost a TON of fat and inches (exercise added bonus). It is what worked for me. You can't tell people it is a myth if it works for them. If it does not work then the "eating frequently method" is not for you. I learned even in highschool that eating 5-6 meals a day…
