BMI also doesn't take into account muscle mass. Many phenomenal looking (and very fit) lifters are obese by BMI standards. I pay $10/month including unlimited classes, weights, etc., but I did have to put $100 down to get that rate and I pay $29 one time a year to renew.

Great post! I'm running my first 5K next week and I'm at week 7 of the c25k and hating it this week. Last week was great, this week not so much... no idea why. I'm going to follow some of your tips in my next run and see how it goes. Thanks for the advice!

If you feel like you want to exercise more, and you have the time and aren't giving up other aspects of life in order to do it - then you should go for it!
